Thomas Cooper Liquid Malt Extract Dark

Made from pale and roasted malts, this dark malt will greatly enhance the depth of colour, aroma and flavour of your brew. Use the whole 1.5 kg can in a brew or use part of the can and store the remainder in a sanitised jar in the fridge until next brew.

Coopers unique low temperature evaporation method allows the natural flavour to be maximised and colour characteristics of the malt.
