Fair questions

How do I earn points?

You'll earn 2 points for every $1 you spend, on every online order. On top of that: 50 points for creating an account, 50 for joining the newsletter, 25 each for following us on Instagram and Facebook, 100 for leaving a review (150 if you add a photo), 100 bonus points any time you spend over $250 in one order, another 100 on every third order, and 50 on your birthday. Points land automatically once your order is paid.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you've banked 1,000 points you can swap them for $20 off. Sign in, scroll to the bottom of the Rewards page, and hit redeem. Your code is applied at checkout. Points discounts can't be combined with another promo code, so use whichever saves you more.

What are the VIP tiers?

Four of them, and you climb as you spend. Artigiano at $100 spent gets you 250 bonus points. Innovatore at $300 gets you 500. Maestro at $1,000 gets you 750 points plus 1.2x points on every order after that. Virtuoso at $2,000 gets you 1,000 points plus 1.5x points on everything. No annual reset, no dropping back down.

How does Refer a Friend work?

Share your referral link with a mate. They get $15 off their first order (minimum spend $99, code valid 14 days). Once they've bought, you get $20 off yours (minimum spend $99, code valid 60 days). Both codes work on everything except cleavers, and can't be combined with other discounts. Refer as many friends as you like.

Do my points expire?

Only if you go quiet. Points expire after 2 years of inactivity, and the clock resets every time you earn or redeem. We'll email you 14 days before anything is due to lapse.

Can I earn points in store?

Not yet. Points are earned on online orders only at the moment. We're working on bringing rewards into our Laverton North and Epping shops, so watch this space.

Do I earn points on sale items and gift cards?

Yes to both. The only thing that doesn't earn points is shipping.

What happens to my points if I return something?

Points earned on that order are deducted when the refund goes through. If you'd already redeemed points against the order, those points aren't returned, so get in touch and we'll sort it out.

I forgot to sign in when I ordered. Can I still get my points?

Yes. Points are tracked against your email address even if you checked out as a guest. Create an account with the same email and they'll be sitting there waiting.

Where do I check my points balance?

Is there a cost to join?

None. It's free, and you start earning from your first order.

Do trade and wholesale accounts earn points?

No, the rewards program is for retail customers only. Trade customers get their own pricing instead.
