A gas burner is what makes passata day, olive blanching and a big pot of anything possible outside the kitchen. A domestic stove will not put enough heat under a fifty litre pot, and this is the gear that will.
OMAC make the Italian ones. The Drago comes as a single ring in orange enamel or stainless, and there is a smaller stainless Drago for a more modest pot. For serious output, the Mongolian jet burners run 23 jets in a ring, available in LPG and natural gas, and we sell them as burner only or as a package with the accessories. There is a four ring LPG burner on a steel frame at 6.79 kPa, a double cast iron LPG burner, and a quad ring manifold. Bromic do a single ring country cooker and a burner ring on its own.
Get the gas right before anything else. LPG and natural gas jets are not interchangeable, and Australian bottles use either the older POL fitting or the newer LCC27, so check which your cylinder has. We stock high pressure regulators in both, with 120cm and 1.2m hoses, plus a variable Italian regulator at 180cm for when you want to dial the heat rather than take what you are given.
The rest is frames and spares: a 55 x 55cm burner frame, a metal table frame, brass valves for Drago and Mammuth models, cast iron jet assemblies, stainless and nickel plated collars, ball valves and BSP hoses.
