This plastic carbonation cap has been designed to suit soda bottes, coke bottles, and FermZilla lids. If you have a keg system you should have at least a couple of these as they are so useful.

This product is made from high quality engineering plastic and will last a very long time.  It's chemically resistant and also designed ot resist impact and physical damage.

The thread specification on this product is the PCO 1881 (AKA Coke bottle thread)

This can also be used for beer line cleaning for Kegerators.

Ball Valve S/S 0.5 inch - 12.5mm BSP Male inlet to 90 degree S/S Bend outlet

This ball valve is sold as a complete assembly so all you have to do is drill your 20mm hole in your keg, pot or vessel wall and you can fit this ball valve. 

This is a full port ball valve with a 14mm bore which allows maximum flow rate through the ball valve. The valve comes with Teflon tape already on the nipple, a silicon o-ring which is seated in the ½” BSP nut. 

The seat in the nut prevents the o-ring from rolling out of place when tightening. The 1/2” BSP Male x 13mm Barb (part no. 5700 shown in the picture to the left) can be fitted to the ball valve so you can attach any 11-14mm ID type hose (such as our silicon hose part no. 5496) On the inside of the vessel the ½” BSP nipple usually protrudes approximately 16mm meaning you can attach an elbow to the inside of the vessel so it draws from the bottom (shown in the picture to the left)

A barrel tap valve with a 10 mm parallel thread shank, stainless steel through the body and the spout. Stainless keeps it clean and stops your drink picking up anything on the way out. Check the thread on your barrel is 10 mm parallel before ordering, and bring the old tap into Laverton North or Epping if you would rather we match it.

The white plastic female nut on its own, 32 DIN, made to suit the bent hosetail and a 32mm male ball valve. Sold as the nut only, with no tail included, for when the nut is the part that has cracked.

A red sediment reducer for the 19mm Ferrari tap. It sits on the inside of the vessel and lifts the draw point off the bottom, so you are not pulling lees straight into the bottle. A small part that makes a noticeable difference at the end of a batch. Confirm your tap is the 19mm Ferrari before ordering.

A plastic tap nut to suit a 19mm thread, listed for the Ferrari tap with 16 and 8mm outlet and a red hand. It is the backing nut that clamps the tap to the vessel wall, and the part most likely to go missing during a clean. Check the thread on your tap measures 19mm before ordering.

A nickel plated valve with a 19mm BSP male thread and a bull nose outlet. The bull nose gives you something for a hose to push onto at the pour end.

Made in Italy and sold as a single valve. If you are replacing a tap on an existing tank, send us the thread size you are working with and we will confirm the match.

A plastic tap made in Italy, stocked as a general fermenting accessory. The listing title does not give a shank size or a thread, so we have not guessed one here. If you are replacing a tap on a particular vessel, send us a photo of the old tap or of the hole it came out of, and we will tell you whether this is the right one before you order.

A butterfly valve made up as a custom fit, taking a 2 inch triclover inlet through to a 2 inch, 50mm BSM male outlet. Puts a quarter turn valve between two fitting standards without a stack of adapters in between. Because it is a custom build, confirm both ends against your tank and pipework with us before you order.

A nickel plated brass ball valve sized for a 27 to 31mm opening, with a quarter turn lever so it is quick to open and shut.

Sold as one valve. The 27 to 31mm figure is what you need to check against your barrel or vessel before ordering. Measure the opening and send it through, and we will confirm whether this valve is the one.

An Algor sample valve in AISI 316 stainless steel, 1/2 inch BSP, supplied with the nut. The 316 grade is the step up from 304 in our sample valve range.

Sold as one valve with nut. If you are replacing a sample point on an existing tank, send us the thread and the wall thickness and we will check this one fits.
