The Italian made range starts small. A 0.5 litre traditional alembic still, a 1 litre with a water condenser, and the 4.9 litre copper pot mini distillery that comes with a thermometer and a flame burner, which is the one most people choosing this range end up with. There is a stainless false bottom steamer basket sized to that 4.9 litre pot for working with botanicals rather than liquid. At the larger end, a 23 litre Italian copper boiler.
The Still Spirits range is built to bolt onto gear you may already own. The alembic copper pot condenser and the Create+ copper dome and condenser, a dome attachment kit, the T500 condenser, and an extension dome plus a G40 distilling lid with a 100mm triclover fitting for Grainfather setups. There is also a Pure Distilling copper dome top at 29cm with a 60mm hole.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The G40 & G70 Distilling Lid is designed primarily for small to medium-sized still heads that do not have heavy, off-centre attachments. The lid is reasonably flexible and is sturdy enough to fit a still head that is within the following specifications:
- A still head height up to 1.1 m (3.6 ft) from the lid.
- A still head weight up to 11 kg (24 lbs), including up to 2 kg (4.4 lbs) of off-centre weight from a swan neck, lyne arm, or
- Condenser running in parallel with the column and offset up to 160 mm (6”) to the main column.
