Keg Couplers & Beer Line

This high quality beer line will keep your precious beverages in it's best possible conditoin throughout the whole process. These lines are both suited for liquid and gas lines.

This is available in 4mm, 5mm and 6mm sizes. 4mm is the smallest ID (inner Diameter) that we offer.  This small ID is ideally suited to direct draw systems where only a short beer line is needed.

These Beer lines are suited for both liquid and gas lines for all your Homebrewing needs.

Outter Barrier:
The outter barrier has accurately extruded tolerances. It also seals well when used with various joiners, DuoTight or other push in fittings. The outter barrier gives the tubing excellent kink resistance so the line is able to bend around a tight radius without kinking.

Inner Barrier:
The inner barrier is made from a polymer that has excellent gas barrier.  The significantly better barrier properties means your beer is better protected from oxygen and also has a better barrier to CO2 loss.  So your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like other beer line types.

Stepless clamps are built to tighten in an exact circle around the hosing; simply crimp (not squeeze) the stepless clamp closed with a crimping tool or the middle cutter on your pliers.
With these stainless steel stepless clamps, we can spruce up your crimp. Because of the thicker internal wall, these 7-10mm clamps will suit our 4mm ID beer line.

Many home brewers use worm drive hose clamps, which are convenient because they can be reused, but they don't perform very well on beer lines. The worm drive has a tendency to pinch the line on one side, causing the hose to leak or lowering the system's pressure holding power.

These stepless clamps are significantly better because they form even compression around the whole diamater of the line. This makes a much better and more reliable connection.

These gas manifolds are rated to 100psi and include ball valves that screw into the aluminium extrusion with 1/4inch threads.

This is an easy and convenient way to split your single gas line into multiple gas lines.

• This product is not suitable for beer or other beverages. It's gas only.
• Due to the check valve mechanism, there is about a 2 psi pressure drop over the ball valves in these manifolds. You will need to set the pressure on the regulator about 2 psi higher than the desired pressure in the keg.

These gas manifolds have ball valves that screw into the aluminium extrusion with 1/4inch threads and are rated to 100psi. This is a simple and practical method for dividing a single gas line into several gas lines.

These 100psi gas manifolds have 2, 4, or 6 gas line outputs and comes with 1/4inch ball valves. By inserting a 1/4-inch ball valve, this unit can be converted into an extra-way manifold.
If you want to be able to quickly disconnect and reconnect a gas line, you can use a Gas Ball Lock Post with 1/4 Inch Bulkhead Assembly. Lastly if you want to join multiple manifolds together you can do this using the stainless hex nipple

2L Ball Lock Keg with Corny Keg Lid and Metal Handle (152mm x 252mm)

The KegLand 2000mL Ball Lock Keg is the smallest Cornelius keg lid capable ball lock keg to date. Primarily designed for a compact carbonating reservoir for soda water systems. It can of course be used as a more homebrew-styled portable party keg growler.

The other main difference between this keg and the Mini Keg range is that it comes with a rigid stainless steel gas and liquid dip tube (Please see internal photo). Meaning it cannot be used on its side without configuring a floating dip tube. To do this and not cut down the internal dip tube preventing re-saleability.

• 231mm to the top of the ball lock posts. If using a machined ball lock disconnect the height would be approximately 273mm.
• When using a soda reactor lid. The height including a machined ball lock disconnect would be 297mm

These premium brand new kegs with Rubber Handle are rated to 130psi working pressure and are made using a robotic orbital welding machine. The finish on these kegs are far superior to our other economy stainless steel kegs and are made with super smooth welds making them sanitary and easier to clean. The black rubber on these kegs also makes them a little nicer to use around your house as they are less likely to damage your tile floors or crack plastic lining inside your kegerator.

The two sizes available are the 9.5L (2.5gallon) with a rubber handle or the 19L (5 gallon) size with rubber handles.

These o-rings are a high quality o-ring made from Nitrile N70 compound. This is a value pack of 10 o-rings. These fit all ball lock and pin lock kegs. The dip tube o-ring is easy to replace and is simply a matter of removing the post first then lifting up the gas and liquid dip tubes to reveal the location of the o-ring.

These O-Rings are the correct replacement for the O-Rings under the posts on your Corny kegs. When the o-rings are new they have a round cross section however after being used for some time they turn into a square cross section so dont be alarmed if you take the old one out and wonder why the new one is round. It's simply that the old o-ring has changed shape over time.

Stop spending money on expensive refills! If you've purchased a new SodaStream machine, you'll notice all of your old bottles won't fit. Frustrating, I know, now you have to go and buy more expensive canisters. Simply hook this up to a 2.6kg or 6kg Tank and not worry about frequent refill costs.

A typical Soda Stream cylinder can only carbonate up to 60L and will cost for every fill.  So given these figures, the larger cylinder and this hose will pay for itself off once you fill the 2.6kg gas cylinder once.  It's a no-brainer! 

This particular model has a quick disconnect feature on the inlet side of the Terra/Art/Duo fitting. This means you only need to drill a 19mm hole without undoing any threaded fittings. Because of this feature, they have removed the gauge in order to stay competitive in the market.
In order to do a leak test it will be the exact same procedure. But to identify if you have a leak after a few ours of having the system off. You'll simply push the carbonate button/lever on your Sodastream machine. If you hear a gas spurt, you do not have a leak.
We would recommend a quiet, well ventilated space to do this.

The long slender black plastic tap handle is the most common tap handle.

What is EPDM?
EPDM = Ethylene Propylene Rubber which has excellent chemical resistance including being compatible with ozone, oils, wide variety of alkaline and acid compounds, water, alcohol, ketone and beverages.

EPDM is also resistant to aging, weather and will not perish easily like other rubber compounds.   When compared with silicon and vinyl EPDM has better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, is BPA free and is the number one choice for many long lasting food grade applications.

This is a EPDM 5/8 Washer which is suitable for Keg Couplers and Tap Shanks

This high quality beer line will keep your previous beverage in it's best possible conditoin in the process.

This 6mm size is a larger size normally either used for gas or long draw keg systems.  Its not recommended for direct draw kegerators as it does not apply much flow resistance. 

If you did use this beer line in your kegerator you will need about 6-8meters of beer line to get the adequate flow resistance and for this reason we would normally recommend the smaller 5mm or 4mm ID lines for Kegerator setups.

This type of line is quite commonly used with the icebank systems or temprite systems.  It's a very common size for long draw keg systems where lower line resistance is desirable.

This new EVA Double walled tubing is made with an EVA outter wall and also an inner proprietary polymer barrier.

It also seals well when used with various John Guest, DuoTight or other push in fittings.  The outter barrier gives the tubing excellent kink resistance so the line is able to bend around a tight radius without kinking.

Inner Barrier
The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that has excellent gas barrier.  The significantly better barrier properties means your beer is better protected from oxygen and also has a better barrier to CO2 loss.  So your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like other beer line types.  In some beer line types you may notice that the beer sitting in the lines starts to taste flat and/or oxidised when sitting in the lines for an extended period.  EVABarrier tubing is signficaintly better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer especially if it's been sitting in the lines.

Due to the high denisty and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner barrier the tubing internal surface is super smooth and almost completely impermiable.  This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing.
