Kegerators & Keg Fridges
A kegerator, or keg fridge, is what turns a good batch of homebrew into a proper pour. Instead of bottling, capping and washing dozens of stubbies, you rack into a keg, chill it down and pull a fresh glass whenever you want one. The fridges here are built for that job, with room inside for kegs and gas bottles rather than shelves of groceries.
There are two families to choose between. The Keg King KegMaster XL takes four 19 litre kegs or one 50 litre commercial keg. You can take it as a base only unit and fit it out yourself, or step up through the Fridge Kit 2, 3 and 4 FasTap packages depending on how many beers you want on at once. There is also a KegMaster XL package with a stainless steel tap font and flow control if you like fine tuning the pour. The Kegland range runs from the Series X, which takes up to four corny kegs, to the Series X PLUS, which takes up to eight. There is also the Series 4-ECO base fridge with mk5 regulator, and the Black Phantom Punisher Edition for something with a bit of attitude.
Our tip: only buy a base only fridge if you already own taps, lines and gas. Once you cost those out separately, the complete kits usually land better value than piecing it together later.

Durable Black Coating
Many customers ask "how durable is the black coating". We powder coat the stainless steel with a black coating that is as durable as we can find. Although it's not as durable as Nukatap SS the black coating is still very durable and exceeds the ASTMD968-83 abrasive testing.

Kegerator Normal Operating Sounds
These kegerators have been manufactured with the new r600a refrigerant gas used on many appliances. We use this particular type of gas as it's the most environmentally friendly gas and it's also more electrically efficient. This type of gas does make some unusual sounds and we have recorded, amplified and included links to these sounds in links below. What is a kegerator?
A kegerator is a fridge built to hold kegs and a gas bottle, with a tap font on top so you pour straight from the keg. It lets you keg your homebrew instead of bottling it, or serve a commercial keg at home. The KegLand Series X units include a holder for a 2.6 kg CO2 cylinder.
How many kegs fit in a kegerator?
It depends on the cabinet. The KegMaster XL holds four 19 litre ball lock kegs or one 50 litre commercial keg. The Series X Plus holds eight corny kegs or two 50 litre kegs. Check the listing for the model you are looking at.
Base only or a complete kegerator kit?
A base only unit is the fridge without the taps and font, so it only makes sense if you already own taps, beer line and gas. Once you cost those separately, a complete kit with taps fitted usually works out better value. Kegs and CO2 gas are sold separately.
Where can I put a kegerator?
Indoors, in a ventilated spot out of direct sunlight. The KegMaster XL is free standing and can go under a bench with no gap needed at the sides, top or back, and its built-in rollers make it easy to move.
What else do I need to pour beer from a kegerator?
