This easy-to-use SodaStream cylinder filling adaptor will enable you to fill your own CO2 from your larger bulk cylinder into smaller SodaStream cylinders.

Finally, an easy and inexpensive way to fill your own Sodastream Cylinders at home at a fraction of the cost of getting the refills from your local store.

NOTE: The CO2 Cylinder or Sodastream cylinder in the photos is not included.  We do sell our own Sodastream cylinder alternative. These are compatible with SodaStream machines and also come full of gas.  So they are quite good value.  They are also much easier to fill than the Sodastream branded cylinders.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS: It's difficult to fill a cylinder that already contains gas.  So wait until you empty the Sodastream Cylinder before attempting to refill it. It is important to refill the bottle only when completely empty. Avoid over-filling by weighing the bottle before and after refilling. 

The 1/4 inch BSP thread on these ball lock posts allows you to connect them to a variety of other fittings. A 20mm long thread, an o-ring, a poppet, a locking nut, and a small dip tube are all included in the posts. If you wanted to, you could make a keg out of any pressure vessel with this method. MKIII and MKIV regulators, gas manifolds, Bottle Filler Beer Guns, and a variety of other devices can be fitted with the assembly.

A stainless steel thermowell, 8mm outer diameter by 600mm long with a quarter inch BSP male connector, by KegLand. It lets you take an accurate temperature reading inside your fermenter or kettle without exposing the probe to the liquid. A tidy fitting for the home brewer who likes precise control.

An easy way to chill your wort. Push garden hose fittings over the ends of the coil and secure with hose clamps.

This ball valve is sold as a complete assembly so all you have to do is drill your 20mm hole in your keg, pot or vessel wall and you can fit this ball valve. 

This is a full port ball valve with a 14mm bore which allows maximum flow rate through the ball valve. The valve comes with Teflon tape already on the nipple, a silicon o-ring which is seated in the ½” BSP nut. 

The seat in the nut prevents the o-ring from rolling out of place when tightening. The 1/2” BSP Male x 13mm Barb (part no. 5700 shown in the picture to the left) can be fitted to the ball valve so you can attach any 11-14mm ID type hose (such as our silicon hose part no. 5496) On the inside of the vessel the ½” BSP nipple usually protrudes approximately 16mm meaning you can attach an elbow to the inside of the vessel so it draws from the bottom (shown in the picture to the left)

Stainless steel elbow bend 1/2 inch BSP Male to 1/2 inch BSP Female.

A stainless steel reducing bush, female 25mm down to female 19mm BSP, from Kegland. It is the small fitting that saves you rebuilding a line when two components do not share a thread size.

BSP and NPT threads look similar and are not, so check what you are joining before ordering, or bring the fittings in and we will match them.

A brass end block cap with a 32mm (1.25 inch) internal diameter, for blanking off a line you are not using. Brass takes the knocks better than plastic on a working bench. Fitting sizes on older kit can be deceptive, so measure your thread or spigot against the 32mm ID before ordering. Bring the fitting in and we will match it if you would rather be certain.

A hex nipple adaptor with 12mm (0.5 inch) male BSP threads on both ends, for joining two female fittings in a transfer line. The hex body means you can get a spanner on it properly instead of fighting it by hand. Thread sizes on older gear are not always what they look like, so measure yours before ordering or bring the fitting in and we will match it.

A stainless steel lock nut, 0.5 inch female BSP. It backs off against a fitting and holds it in place once set.

Sold individually. Nothing complicated about it, but the thread has to be right. If you are working from a fitting you have pulled out, bring it in to Laverton North or Epping and we will size it against what is in the drawer.

A solid stainless steel plug, 38mm, 1 1/2 inch, male BSP. It blanks off a female BSP port you are not using, and it is solid through, so nothing passes.

Sold individually. If you are blanking a port and are not certain of the thread, bring the fitting in to Laverton North or Epping and we will size it against the plug.

A female lock nut in 0.75 inch BSP, 19mm. It sits behind a threaded fitting and holds it at the angle you have set.

Sold on its own, and these go missing easily, so most people take a couple. If you are not certain your thread is BSP rather than something else, bring the fitting in to Laverton North or Epping and we will check it.

A stainless steel lock nut in AISI 316, female 1.0 inch BSP, 25mm. It locks a threaded fitting in position once you have it where you want it.

Sold as a single nut. A simple part, but the thread standard matters, so tell us what you are locking off and we will confirm the size before it ships.

A 38mm female BSM nut in AISI 316 stainless steel, complete with stop and O ring. It pairs with a male 38mm BSM fitting to make the joint.

Sold individually with the seal fitted. BSM sizing does not line up with BSP, so if you are not sure which standard your gear runs on, send us a photo and we will identify it.

A stainless steel bush in A316, female 1.5 inch BSP with a taper thread. The taper is what seals it, so it is not interchangeable with a parallel thread of the same nominal size.

Sold as one piece. If your fitting is already out of the tank, bring it in to Laverton North or Epping and we will match the thread for you.

A full bush in stainless steel with a 3/4 inch taper thread. Taper threads seal on the thread itself rather than on a face, which is why they turn up on tank and barrel work.

Sold as a single bush. Taper and parallel look much alike once they are in your hand, so ask us if you need help telling which one your fitting takes.
