A proper parmesan grater is a bench tool, not a kitchen drawer gadget. Forty four graters here, hand cranked and electric, built for hard Italian cheese that will destroy an ordinary box grater in a season.

For volume, the electric graters change the job entirely. The GHIRO 220 to 240 volt bench grater and the RGV VIP8 handle a whole wheel of parmigiano without complaint, and the RGV Duetto doubles as a three in one food processor if bench space is tight. If you already own a Fabio Leonardi motor, the grater attachment and its spare drums, springs and washers are here too, so you are not buying a second motor.
