EquipPro

A replacement spring for the EquipPro clipping tool. The spring is what returns the jaws after every clip, and once it has lost its tension the tool starts dragging and misfiring. A quick swap that brings the action back. Confirm your clipping tool is the EquipPro before ordering, and bring the tool into the shop if you would like us to fit it.

The EquipPro Stainless Steel Manual Meat Mixer Heavy Dutty Version 2 is one of the best value units on the meat processing market. It's a robust welded tub with 5  adjustable mixing paddles and a handy tipping mechanism.

• • 10 – 20kg Capacity

• • 40cm x 28cm x 35cm Dimensions

• • Manual operation

• • Stainless Steel

• • Paddles thickness 5 mm

• • Base workstation frame (Made in Australia)
Designed with 3 sets of pre-welded thread nuts to locate and mount the Italian Fabio Leonardi 1.0 – 1.5 HP gearbox motors (MR9, MR7 or MR6) with 4 simples/steel bolts. Depending on the motor model some extra holes will need to be the drill. Our suggestion only would be the more hygienic MR7 motor cover unit to installs with least effort.

• • Connecting drive shaft and motor drive bush
Suitable for only the FLB- gear box design ( Featuring a chromed mild steel shaft  connecting with the FLB metal male drive gear)The shaft could be welded to suit other motor types, but without a suitable drive bush would not make it cost effective to product just 1 customised bush.  In this case, we consider you purchase the MR7 motor. Alternatively, as cheaper to purchase with the TC mincer 22, sell your old mincer and get this combined dry grease gear box motor which is quiet, powerful and with much more attachments that will last you many years to come.

• • Connecting your motor with an inline control start/stop pedal 10A single phase
A reasonable solution to provide more safety with this operation, where by if someone gets curious to open the lid during operation (Definitely avoid and warn all operators not to do!) then you can quickly remove your foot off the pedal in a second to stop the moving auger causing any harm to others.  (Its also a handy controller to have, if you choose to use your electric mincer and simple funnel as a sausage casing filler!) much more control than fumbling for the power switch before casings burst!!!  (YES, just buy a piston filler !)

This Equip-Pro Driveshaft and Bush are essential in connecting a FLB motor and an Equip-pro meat mixer together.

These components are sold as a pack and separately.

The electronic control card for the EquipPro T-Matic vacuum sealer. When a machine will not start a cycle or keeps losing its settings, the card is often where the fault sits.

It is the T-Matic card specifically, not a general EquipPro board. Check the model badge on your machine and, if you can get to it, the number printed on the old card before ordering.

A replacement rubber foot for the EquipPro Pro50 and Pro80 vacuum sealers. Feet perish, tear off and go walkabout, and a machine sitting on three of them rocks about on the bench.

Fit is the Pro50 and Pro80 as titled, nothing else in the EquipPro range. Check the model badge on your machine, or ask at Laverton North or Epping.

Teflon tape in H45, sold by the metre, for EquipPro vacuum sealers. It lays over the sealing bar and takes the heat so the bag does not weld itself to the element.

It is a consumable and will need replacing now and then. Measure the length and width you need against the H45 here before ordering a run of it.

Designed for home and semi-professional sausage and salami making, this heavy-duty horizontal filler offers a practical, durable and efficient alternative to filling through a meat mincer.

Available in 5L and 8L capacities, the filler is constructed predominantly from highly polished stainless steel and fitted with strong solid-steel gears. The larger, durable gear system is designed to handle repeated use while avoiding the common gear failures found in machines that use nylon or lower-grade cast-alloy components.

An integrated air-release valve in the plunger helps reduce trapped air, producing more consistent sausages and salami with fewer air pockets.

Two-Speed Gear System

The filler features two gear settings:

• Slow gear: Used for controlled and consistent filling.
• Fast gear: Used only for quickly retracting the plunger when reloading the canister.

Important: The fast gear must only be used for retracting the plunger. Using the fast gear while filling may damage the machine and void the warranty.

Includes Four Straight Stainless-Steel Nozzles

Each filler includes four straight filling nozzles with the following tube diameters:

• 16mm
• 22mm
• 32mm
• 38mm

Straight nozzles provide greater flexibility than tapered nozzles and allow the filler to be used with both natural and collagen casings.

The smallest recommended collagen casing size for this filler is 26mm, such as Nippi 260.

Why Use a Dedicated Sausage Filler?

Although thicker sausages can sometimes be filled using an attachment fitted to a meat mincer, a dedicated hand-operated filler offers several advantages:

• Faster and easier filling
• Greater control over filling pressure
• Suitable for natural and collagen casings
• Capable of filling both thin and thick sausages
• Helps prevent the meat mixture from heating during filling
• Produces a more consistent finished product

Stable Horizontal Design

The horizontal configuration provides excellent stability and is generally easier to operate than many vertical-style fillers. Table clamps are included to help secure the machine firmly during use.

The 5L filler is a practical choice for smaller batches and can generally be operated comfortably by one person.

The 8L filler has a wider canister and increased capacity, making it ideal for larger batches. Its additional size and weight improve stability, although two-person operation may make filling and handling easier.

Choosing Between the 5L and 8L Models

5L Sausage Filler

• Suitable for home use and smaller production runs
• Easier for a single operator to manage
• Reduces the need for frequent refilling compared with smaller 3L machines
• A practical balance of capacity, size and ease of use

8L Sausage Filler

• The largest-capacity hand-operated filler in this range
• Suitable for larger home batches and semi-professional use
• Wider canister provides additional capacity without making the machine excessively long
• Heavier construction and included table clamps provide added stability
• Best suited to two-person operation for maximum efficiency

Product Features

• Available in 5L and 8L capacities

Please Note

1. The smallest recommended collagen casing size is 26mm, such as Nippi 260.
2. The filler is made from highly polished stainless steel. This finish may highlight minor incidental scratches, polishing marks or weld marks. These are cosmetic characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not affect the performance or operation of the machine.
3. The filler is designed as a durable, functional piece of food-processing equipment.
4. The supplied nozzle tube diameters are 16mm, 22mm, 32mm and 38mm.
5. The fast gear is strictly for retracting the plunger and must not be used during filling.
