Sauce Machine - Spare Parts

Sauce day only happens once a year for most families, and it always seems to be the morning you discover a part has perished or gone walkabout. Keeping a spare or two in the shed is a lot cheaper than losing a Saturday with a crate of tomatoes already picked and waiting.

Most of what we hold is Fabio Leonardi. The wearing parts are the ones to watch, so that is the nickel worm screw, the spring at 2.1 mm inside diameter and 65 cm long for the electric tomato machine attachment, and the white plastic bearing bush. Then there are the parts that get knocked about or walk off, including the stainless perforated cone, the stainless splash guard, the stainless sauce collector, the stainless bowl, the plastic plunger at 7 cm diameter and 23 cm long, the spanner, and the tomato attachment itself. Reber owners can get a stainless perforated cone No. 5. For the bottling end there is a tomato sauce filling nozzle, and Rigamonti Casalinghi make the red plastic jar funnel with a handle and one reducer, a three piece funnel with an adjustable handle, and a 20 cm plastic square bowl.

Before you pack the machine away, wash and dry every part properly and give the screw a wipe of oil. Most of the spares we sell are replacing something that got put away wet.

We are at Laverton North and Epping. See also electric sauce machines, manual sauce machines and sauce making.
