Collection: Fabio Leonardi

Fabio Leonardi, known worldwide as FLB, is the original designer of the tomato sauce screw press. Since 1917, every machine has been handcrafted in the same family-owned factory in Italy. No outsourcing. No rebranding. Just over a century of true Italian engineering, the way it was meant to be.

Each FLB motor features a heavy-duty torque gearbox, built with a metal drive gear and helical plastic-on-metal reduction gear. This combination provides smooth, quiet power and long operational life. The gearbox is packed with high-temperature food-safe grease, far superior to the basic mechanical oils found in cheaper alternatives.

The FLB twist-lock attachment system makes mounting and cleaning easier, no flange bolts, wrenches, or complicated disassembly. Select models (1.0–1.5 HP) include a forward/reverse pulse switch, giving quick control to clear blockages while processing.

All bodies feature a premium nickel-plated finish on cast metal. This ensures a rust-resistant, food-safe surface inside and out, outperforming traditional tin plating and stainless designs that are often only polished externally.

NOTE: The FLB/Salvinox/Raut Β mincer plates and knifesΒ uses European-standard sizing, ensuring you can easily upgrade or replace accessories with long-lasting, professional-quality components. Unlike unbranded, non-standard sizing from budget imports, FLB parts hold a sharp edge, resist corrosion, and maintain consistent performance for years.

Choose Fabio Leonardi / FLB for equipment built with heritage-level craftsmanship. They areΒ reliable, efficient, and made to last for generations.
