Mangrove Jack's is the brand that got a lot of Australians brewing something other than a tin of goo. Seventy three lines covering kits, yeast, cider and the bottles to put it in.
The Craft Series is the heart of it. Beer kits run through Gluten Free Pale Ale, Red IPA, Mango IPA, Kveik IPA and Pink Grapefruit IPA, most in 2.5kg pouches with the hops already sorted. The cider pouches are the range people come back for: Apple, Pear, Mixed Berry, Strawberry and Pear, Raspberry and Lime, Elderflower and Lime, Mango and Raspberry, Peach and Passionfruit, all at 2.4kg. There is a Traditional Series ginger beer as well.
Craft Series yeasts cover the styles the kits do not, including M05 for mead, which is not easy to find locally.
If you are starting from nothing, the starter brewery kit comes with bottles and the basic cider brewing starter kit does the same for cider. Both are genuinely complete rather than complete-except-for-three-things.
For bottling, flip top bottles at 750ml, amber 500ml beer and cider bottles with plastic swing hermetic seals, replacement silicone seals for when the old ones perish, and a gravity beer bottle filler with a foot valve. Plus dextrose brewing sugar for priming.
