Gen3 55L FermZillaTri-Conical Fermenter

This particular kit is a one-click option for those who want to be able to brew under pressure with a 55L Tri-Conical FermZilla. Designed as a double batch system that goes perfectly hand in hand with the BrewZilla 65L Gen3.1.1 or Gen4 if you are looking to Brew All Grain or Partial Mash beers.

This kit now includes a 600mL Collection container with a 3 Inch Tri-clover connection that is the gold standard for sanitary design and effortless removal.

This is a very good starting point for those who are just getting into pressurisable fermenters but also want to dabble in yeast harvesting and purged dry hopping. If you would prefer a more simplistic pressurisable fermenter in a similar size, we would very much recommend the 60L All Rounder FermZilla Pressure Brewing Kit. This unit does not have the added collection container / butterfly valve assembly at the bottom.

Named purely on its looks and not its function. The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clover accessory, capable of not only dry hopping oxygen purged hops into fermenters. But also as an inline carbonation/oxygenation accessory.

This is a completely new pressure pack for the basic FermZilla Tri-Conical and All Rounder Fermenters with the new 2" Tri-Clover Adapted Pressure Lid.

A handy two way oil remover for the floating lids on your stainless oil and wine tanks. It lets you draw off the protective oil cleanly before you open up, so your hands and your wine stay tidy. Small, sturdy, and made to suit the standard Ferrari tank lid systems.

A plastic tap nut to suit a 19mm thread, listed for the Ferrari tap with 16 and 8mm outlet and a red hand. It is the backing nut that clamps the tap to the vessel wall, and the part most likely to go missing during a clean. Check the thread on your tap measures 19mm before ordering.

Designed and tailor-made to operate with ENOLMATIC; with the TANDEM ENOLMATIC system filtering and bottling are performed at the same time. The fluid to be filtered is drawn into the system under vacuum, passing it through the piping and filtration medium with minimal aeration.

The white plastic female nut on its own, 32 DIN, made to suit the bent hosetail and a 32mm male ball valve. Sold as the nut only, with no tail included, for when the nut is the part that has cracked.

A 2000 litre sloping base variable capacity tank in 304 stainless with a 32 x 45 door, a full dimple plate and two valves with a sample tap. The full dimple jacket is there for temperature control across the tank body. Algor. A silicone flat washer with a 33mm outside diameter, used to seal a 2200watt element assembly. Silicone handles the heat at the element boss better than rubber and stays pliable a good while longer. Cheap insurance against a weep. Measure the outside diameter of the washer you are replacing before ordering so the 33mm suits.

Extension airlocks to suit the lid of a 500 litre or 600 litre stainless steel tank. The extension gives the airlock some extra height above the lid, which keeps it clear when the lid sits down into the tank. Made for the 500 and 600 litre sizes. If your tank is a different capacity, tell us what you have and we will check whether these will work on it.

A dry pressure gauge reading 0 to 6 bar, which is 80 psi, for Grifo filters. Gauges fog, stick or take a knock, and once you cannot trust the reading you are filtering blind. This is the dry version rather than oil filled.

A spare stainless steel screw top lid for an olive oil tank, 20 cm diameter. Lids get dropped, cross threaded and left off, and a tank without a proper seal is not doing the job it was bought for. The 20x20 plate filters of the Jolly series are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and the plates are made of food safe plastic material; in standard moplen or noryl on request. They have been designed to clarify and sterilise olive oil. The standard models are fitted with stainless steel pump with noryl impeller. On request it is possible to have a coaxial pump and rubber impeller (nbr). All models can be fitted with stainless steel plate for double filtration and variable filtration and cartridge for microfiltration.
