A red plastic racking plate from Ferrari, made to suit 8mm internal diameter PVC hose. It sits on the end of the syphon line and keeps the intake clear of the lees so you draw off clean wine.

Made for 8mm ID hose. Check the size of your line before ordering, and ask us if you are running something thicker.
