Bottling day is where a good batch gets made or ruined. Splashing, air pickup and inconsistent fill levels all happen right at the last step, after months of work. The right filler makes it quicker and gentler, and it makes your bottles look like they came from somewhere serious.
The Enolmatic vacuum fillers by Tenco are the workhorses here. There is a 240 V wine version, an olive oil version, and a demijohn kit if you are drawing from a carboy rather than a tank. Spares matter with these, so we carry the stainless filling nozzle, the wine nozzle with the red cone, the spare yellow silicone cone, the red o-ring, the premium suction hose and 10.5 mm hose. If you would rather work by gravity, the Demaria filler gun has auto flow stop, there is a filling gun with automatic start and stop, and Mangrove Jacks make a beer bottle filler with a foot valve. For syphon setups Ferrari do an auto stop nozzle. The Grifo red bottle tree holds 48 bottles while they drain.
A habit worth building. Fill from the bottom of the bottle up, keep the nozzle under the liquid, and do not chase the very top of the neck. Leaving proper headspace gives the closure something to seal against.
