Whiskey Distillery Kit

Mash your own grain and run it through copper. This kit pairs the Grainfather G30 with a copper alembic dome and condenser. Everything here is something we sell on its own, bundled so you’re not standing in the aisle wondering what you’ve forgotten.

What’s in the kit

• Grainfather G30 all grain system with counterflow chiller
• Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser
• Devils Pale Distillers Malt, 25 kg
• Still Spirits Distillers Yeast Whiskey, 20 g
• Distillers Nutrients for dark spirits, 450 g
• French oak chips, medium toast, 200 g
• 30 L plastic fermenter with screw lid
• 4 x 1125 ml spirit bottles with screw caps

Not included

• Water and a tap connection for cooling

How it works

1. Mash your malt in the Grainfather and chill the wort.
2. Ferment with the whiskey yeast and nutrients, following the directions on each pack.
3. Run the still with the alembic dome fitted to the G30, as set out in the instructions.
4. Oak it. Add the French oak chips and give it time. Don’t rush this.
5. Bottle when it tastes right to you.
