Stainless Steel False Bottom / Vegetable Steamer

This versatile 18/10 stainless steel steamer basket is ideal for steaming vegetables or creating a raised false bottom inside compatible cooking and distillation vessels.

Available in two sizes, the expandable basket features flip-out sides that adjust to the vessel’s shape. The smaller 20–22cm model is suitable for use in a compatible 4.9L copper still, where it can suspend grape skins and other ingredients above the boiler base.
