These domestic slicers by RGV of Italy feature a plastic construction, a tempered steel blade and easy cleaning thanks to its ease of disassembly.

The 190 mm blade is belt driven and slices up to 14 mm thick, which suits salami, cooked meats, cheese and bread. There is no sharpener, so when the blade dulls you fit a replacement Ausonia 190 blade.

Compare every model in our Italian meat slicers range, and find replacement blades in slicer parts and blades.
