Essedue part 11, a P25 AC motor, 240V and 0.13kW, listed to suit the 195AF slicer. It is the complete motor rather than a component of it, so it is the answer when the windings have gone rather than a capacitor or a switch.

Listed for the 195AF only. Confirm your model with us before ordering something this substantial.

The graduated thickness control knob for Essedue slicers, listed as suiting the 250AF and the 300e. It is the dial you turn to set the slice, and a worn or cracked one makes consistent cutting guesswork.

Essedue part 12, a 6.3 microfarad capacitor, listed to suit the 220 and 250AFP slicers. A failed capacitor is the usual reason a slicer hums but will not start, and it is a cheap part to rule out.

Note there is a separate 8 microfarad capacitor listed for the 220AF, so check the rating printed on the one you are removing.
