Maris Otter pale ale malt from Simpsons Malts, supplied uncracked. A well known English base malt and the usual starting point for bitters, milds and English style ales. Supplied whole so it keeps well between brews. We can crack it for you before it leaves Laverton North or Epping if that suits you better than milling at home.
