Integrated Gauge BlowTie Kit (0-15psi)

Take control of pressure fermentation with the compact Integrated Gauge BlowTie Spunding Valve Kit. Designed to regulate the pressure retained inside a fermenter, keg or other compatible pressure vessel, this easy-to-use kit combines an adjustable diaphragm valve, integrated pressure gauge and gas ball-lock disconnect.

The top-mounted adjustment knob makes increasing or decreasing the release pressure simple, while the integrated 0–15 PSI gauge provides convenient pressure monitoring. Its compact design is ideal for pressure fermentation, natural carbonation and controlled pressure release.

Basic Setup

1. Connect the supplied gas ball-lock disconnect to the BlowTie valve using the rigid joiner.
2. Attach the disconnect to the gas post of a compatible pressure vessel.
3. Turn the adjustment knob clockwise for higher retained pressure or anticlockwise for lower pressure.
4. Monitor the integrated gauge and adjust gradually until the desired pressure is reached.
