This white wrap is best for Camembert, brie and other white moulded cheeses. This wrap is micro-perforated to permit the cheese to breathe over a 6-10 week amount throughout that the external white mould will infuse the inside. The dull face of the paper is meant to soak up any excess wetness whereas the shiny facet with holes defend the cheese from drying out while still permitting the cheese to breathe and develop in flavour. These sheets are 240 X 240 mm each and this pack contains 10 sheets.
