Amaretto is a liqueur with a sweet, rich almond flavour with subtle cherry undertones that's popular in the Northern region of Italy. Commonly made from the pits of almonds and apricots. Amaretto is a delightful, rich addition to coffee, cookies, frostings, cakes or wherever else you please.

Instructions:
Dissolve the essence with some alcohol, like vodka. Dissolve the recommended amount of sugar in the recommended amount of boiling water. Let the mix cool, then stir it all together and filter.
