A 15 litre fresh wort kit from All Inn, made for a red IPA. Fresh wort kits take the mashing and the boiling off your hands: the wort arrives ready to go, you pitch yeast and manage the ferment from there. That makes them a sensible middle ground for brewers who want a result closer to all grain than a kit tin, without giving up a whole Saturday to a brew day. Fifteen litres is a manageable batch for a home setup. Pitch the yeast and follow the instructions supplied with the kit.
