The everyday tools that make the rest of the work possible. Sixty six lines here, and most of it is the sort of thing you buy once and keep in the drawer for twenty years.
Knives first. F.Dick from Germany for the cleaver and the sharpening steels, coarse, regular and fine EuroCut, and a long Swibo slicing blade at 31cm for cooked meats. Inoxbonomi serrated table knives in sets of six. A Caper mezzaluna at 30.5cm for herbs, which is faster than any board knife once you are used to it. Store them on the wall-mounted magnetic holder rather than loose in a drawer.
Then the boards. Ken Hands professional PE cutting boards in the sizes commercial kitchens use, a chrome rack to stand them in, and Rigamonti chopping boards and birch pasta boards at 60 x 40cm for rolling.
