How it works

1. Clean and sanitise your fermenter and gear.
2. Make your wash with the sugar and Turbo Pack, following the directions on each pack.
3. Ferment and clear until the wash has finished and settled.
4. Run the still as set out in the T500 Pro instructions.
5. Filter, flavour and bottle. Use the Easy Filter System, add your flavouring and fill your bottles.

Please note: alcohol distillation and owning distilling equipment are restricted in some places, and permits or licences may be required. For guidance or advice, contact your relevant local authorities.
