Rum Distillery Kit

A copper alembic pot still setup with the molasses, yeast and flavourings for making a rum with character. Everything here is something we sell on its own, bundled so you’re not standing in the aisle wondering what you’ve forgotten.

• Create+ Boiler 25 L
• Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser
• Still Spirits Pure Turbo Pack
• Bundaberg food-grade molasses, 14 kg
• Distillers Nutrients for dark spirits, 450 g
• Top Shelf Select Navy Dark Rum flavouring
• Samuel Willards Rum Soakers, 100 g
• 30 L plastic fermenter with screw lid
• 4 x 1125 ml spirit bottles with screw caps

Not included

• Water and a tap connection for cooling

How it works

1. Clean and sanitise your fermenter and gear.
2. Make your wash with the molasses, nutrients and yeast, following the directions on each pack.
3. Ferment and clear until the wash has finished and settled.
4. Run the still as set out in the alembic instructions.
5. Finish and bottle. Add your flavouring or rum soakers and give it time before bottling.
