This Rover pump, imported from Italy, is designed specifically for the transfer of liquids such as wine and oil.
This is a traditional lateral liquid ring pump with a starry impeller that self-primes. The pump's self-priming capability is extremely high thanks to this form of hydraulics.
The fluids must be neutral and clear, or contain just a small amount of solids in suspension ( 0.2-0.5 percent max).
