Just like Nonna’s stockings; Our knitted Stockinette meat wraps feature a gauze like stitch which helps to cover the surface area of the meat and prevent any external factors affecting the curing process. Our stockinette can be used to cook and store various sorts of meats as well as hold carcasses to temporarily maintain freshness.
