An all copper proofing parrot with a built in water cooling coil, so you can read your spirit's strength in real time as it runs. By cooling the spirit right at the point of measurement, you get true ABV readings, cleaner cuts and better consistency from one batch to the next. It comes with the hoses, connectors and a mounting perch, and it is proudly made and designed in Australia.
