Organic apple juice in a 15 litre pack, listed at 1170 specific gravity. That starting gravity is the number cider makers want, since it tells you roughly where a batch will land before anything is pitched.

Availability moves with the season on juice like this, so check with Laverton North or Epping on current stock and batch freshness before you plan a fermentation around it.
