A woven synthetic infusion bag for oak chips, listed under Mercier. The bag keeps the chips together in the vessel so you are not fishing loose oak out of the wine at the end. The title does not make clear whether chips are included or whether this is the bag on its own, so ask us before ordering and we will confirm exactly what is in the pack.
