Natural hog chitterlings packed in salt, ready for salami and nduja production. Each casing measures approximately 68–72mm diameter and 240mm in length, with one end tied closed using juice twine. Soak for about one hour before use to prepare. A versatile alternative to sheep or beef bungs for your charcuterie projects. Diameter and length vary slightly between individual casings.
