This fine 100% Muslin cloth is used for straining the curds from the whey. Ideal for making nut milk or covering dough when making sourdough.
It's used in place of cheesecloth, which is too wide of a weave for some cheese recipes. This muslin cloth is reusable & machine washable.

A reusable 100% finely-woven muslin cloth 90x90cm. Sterilize in boiling water before use.
