The generous 60 × 80 cm cooking surface can accommodate up to four pizzas at once. Two premium Etna volcanic lava-stone slabs retain and distribute heat evenly, delivering consistent results for high-temperature pizza baking as well as bread, roasts and slow-cooked dishes.
Its stainless steel vault reaches high temperatures quickly while using minimal wood. Professional insulation retains heat inside the cooking chamber for efficient, extended cooking, while the adjustable door makes it easy to manage airflow, control the fire and accelerate heating. A perforated steel wood lifter helps position firewood while keeping it separated from the cooking area.
The oven arrives pre-assembled—simply insert the reinforced polished stainless steel flue and begin cooking.
The accompanying trolley provides a strong stainless steel base and a comfortable working height. Its wheeled design allows the oven to be repositioned around your patio, entertaining area or cooking space, while the weather-resistant finish offers durability and straightforward maintenance.
