The oven’s 60 × 60 cm cooking surface is made from two 4 cm-thick, handmade Sicilian biscuit slabs crafted using selected clay and volcanic lava sand. Combined with a stainless steel vault and professional insulation, this cooking floor delivers excellent heat retention and consistent results. The oven reaches its optimal cooking temperature in approximately 30 minutes while using minimal wood.

An adjustable door helps regulate airflow, control the fire and accelerate heating. Its durable stainless steel construction, including high-temperature-resistant powder-coated components, provides excellent longevity without the cracking commonly associated with traditional clay or refractory ovens.

The included stainless steel trolley creates a stable and practical cooking station designed specifically for the Forno Peppe. Measuring 110 cm wide and 80 cm high, it positions the oven at a comfortable working height and features wheels for convenient movement around patios, entertaining areas or sheltered outdoor spaces. Supplied as a five-piece flat pack, the trolley is quick to assemble, weather-resistant and easy to maintain.
