Motor Power Guide (Approximate Usage)

0.5 HP Motors
Suitable for occasional home use. These motors are ideal for people processing small batches of meat, typically a few kilograms at a time. They work well for softer meats and basic mincing tasks.

0.75 HP Motors
A step up from entry-level machines, offering more torque and stability. This size is good for home users who make sausages or mince meat regularly and need slightly higher output.

1.0 HP Motors
A popular mid-range option. These machines can process larger batches comfortably and maintain consistent performance. Ideal for serious home producers who make salami or sausages during the season.

1.25 HP Motors

Mincer Head Sizes (TC Models)

The TC number refers to the size of the mincer head and plate diameter, which affects how quickly the machine can process meat.
