Thomas Cooper Liquid Malt Extract Wheat

The Thomas Coopers Wheat Malt is made from Malted Wheat and Pale Malt. Adding this to your brew will result in a softer mouth-feel and improved head retention. Use the whole 1.5 kg can in a brew or use part of the can and store the remainder in a sanitised jar in the fridge until next required.

Thomas Coopers Master Brewers have produced a range of premium malt extracts, made from Australia's finest 2-row barley. Coopers unique low temperature evaporation method allows the natural flavour to be maximised and colour characteristics of the malt. Great as adjuncts to brews or can be used as a base to create own recipes.
