Limoncello is an Italian style lemon liqueur flavouring with a fresh, citrus aroma and sweet, zesty taste. The fresh aroma and taste of lemon make it an ideal refreshing summer drink.
This fine liqueur is ideally served poured over a few ice cubes or used as a mixer.

Dissolve the essence with some alcohol, like vodka. Dissolve the recommended amount of sugar in the recommended amount of boiling water. Let the mix cool, then stir it all together and filter.
