Peated malt at the heavy peating level from Simpson's, in a 25kg sack. Peat character carries a long way through a mash, so many brewers blend it with base malt rather than running it on its own.

A full sack, so it suits a serious brewing or distilling run. Ask at Laverton North or Epping about milling before you collect it.
