Meat Slicer Accessories
Slicers are meant to be repaired, not replaced, and this is the range that makes that true. Seventy nine parts and blades covering the Essedue and RGV machines we sell.
Blades first. Smallgoods edge in 250mm and 300mm, serrated edge for bread in 195mm and 300mm, teflon coated 250mm for a cleaner glide, and the standard C45 cutting blade for cold meats. A blade that has been sharpened past its limit is the usual reason a good machine starts tearing.
For Essedue there are sharpener assemblies and replacement stones in both sizes, large for the 300 and 350, small for the 195 to 250. Motors, capacitors in 6.3 and 8 microfarad, power switches, graduated thickness knobs, black plastic handles, indexing cams, slide bars and rods with springs, drive hub belt pulleys, table adjustment assemblies, stainless deflector plates, blockage bolts and rubber feet. Parts are listed by their part number and the models they suit, so check yours before ordering.
For RGV Ausonia there are power switches, plastic drive gears, 170xl rubber drive belts, blade retaining screw plugs and Smarty cutting blades.
There is also a Lonatini 18/8 stainless gripper for handling sliced cold meats, which saves your fingers near a moving blade.

Essedue part 20B, the dampening spring for the moving chute, 23mm by 18mm. It takes the jolt out of the chute at the end of its travel, so a tired spring turns a smooth carriage into a clunky one.

Essedue part 3, the plastic slicer blade sharpener assembly for the Essedue 220AF. It holds the sharpening stones in the right relationship to the blade, so it is worth replacing once the housing is worn rather than fiddling with the adjustment.
For the 220AF. The 220AFP takes a different assembly, so double check the model plate before ordering, or send us a photo.

Essedue part 3, the plastic slicer blade sharpener assembly, to suit the Essedue 220AFP. The sharpener assembly carries the stones that take the burr off the blade, and a worn or seized one means you are slicing on a dull edge.
This version is for the 220AFP. There is a separate assembly listed for the 220AF, so check your model plate carefully or ask us to confirm.
