The beauty about this device is that it takes a 1/2inch square drive meaning you can quickly insert and remove spears with a ratchet gun/impact driver.  This is the fastest way to insert and remove spears for kegs and great for breweries that want to go into the keg and check them.

These are primarily designed to be used with the A-Type Spear kegs which do not have a tamper locking circlip.

A-type keg opening tool suitable for Lion, Little Creatures Tooheys, Coopers, XXXX type kegs and many more if they do not have a locking circlip.  You will still have to remove this locking device if that is the type of keg you are using.

This couples with the a-type spears that we sell and the a-type spears that have a hole that the tool engages with (see attached photos)

The title spells it Conelius, one of several spellings floating around the trade. Ball lock and pin lock posts are not interchangeable, so confirm which your keg uses before you order.

Quickie is all Stainless Steel. Slip Quickie over your liquid post and push down. Quickie depresses the poppet allowing the liquid to pass through the exit tube on its side.
