A specialist active dried vodka distiller’s yeast with an extremely low congener profile for production of rounded vodka spirit with a clean authentic finish.

Application 

For fermentation of sugar, potato or grain mash for distillation of Vodka spirit using the Turbo 500 System with Mangrove Jack's Boiler or Grainfather Brewing System(this system can NOT be used for mashing potato’s) with either the Turbo 500 Stainless Steel Condenser or Turbo 500 Copper Condenser. If attaching the Turbo 500 condenser to the Grainfather, you will need the lid attachment.

Instructions 

Add directly to fermentation vessel and leave to ferment at 20-32°C (68-90°F) ambient air temperature for optimum performance and quality. 

Ingredients

Dried yeast (yeast, emulsifier [E491])

Pure Turbo Yeast should be used when ultimate alcohol quality is critical. Only use where the air temperature can be kept cool (between 18°C and 24°C). This is a game-changing breakthrough in Turbo Yeast development, allowing you to make "triple-distilled" quality alcohol at home. It is critical to use Turbo Carbon in conjunction with Pure Turbo Yeast.

Samuel Willard’s Whisky Soakers are so easy to use. Simply add around 20 grams to 1 litre of filtered alcohol and allow to steep for 5 days. We suggest that you experiment to suit your own taste requirements.

To make a classic whisky, combine this Prestige Classic Canadian style whisky essence with vodka or a neutral spirit. A traditional premium Canadian whisky is an high-quality whisky is certain to please. Each 20ml bottle yields 750ml of spirit.

With a finely tuned blend of molasses and good old Queensland sugar cane, this rum has its roots firmly planted in Queensland. This essence is sure to please even the most ardent rum drinker. Queensland Rum has a capacity of 2.25 litres and is stylistically similar to Bundaberg Rum Blue Label.

This essence delivers a bold blended whisky profile with pronounced malt character, caramel sweetness, and a firm, slightly smoky edge. Full‑bodied and well‑rounded, it’s ideal for those who enjoy a richer, more assertive whisky style.

Full golden in colour, clear and bright scotch with a a large and full aroma, well aged oak nuances with a hint of orange and some fruitiness. The finish is very clean and medium dry.

Still Spirits Bourbon Barrel Chips 100g are made from genuine American bourbon barrels aged for a minimum of 2-6 years, delivering authentic oak character to your spirits.

Simply add 50 grams to 2 litres of spirit and infuse for 10 days to achieve rich, complex flavours. Perfect for home distillers and spirit enthusiasts seeking that genuine bourbon barrel finish.

A special activated carbon that removes impurities as your wash is fermenting. Gives a cleaner tasting, smoother spirit.

If you want the premium, smooth taste of master distilled spirits, add Spirit Enhancer to your wash and be amazed at the difference it makes.

Directions of use:

1. Massage sachet to remove any lumps.
2. Add immediately after adding Pure Distilling Yeast and stir well.
3. You must use Pure Distilling Crystal Clear to remove solids before distilling.
4. Use Pure Distilling Easy Clean to clean carbon residue from your fermenter.
