A 3 inch analogue thermometer gauge in stainless steel, reading minus 20 to plus 110, with a 50 mm probe. An analogue face with no battery to go flat on you halfway through a ferment. The 50 mm probe length and the thread on your fitting are the two things to check first. Send us details of the thermowell or fitting you are screwing it into and we will confirm this gauge suits.

Extension airlocks to suit the lid of a 500 litre or 600 litre stainless steel tank. The extension gives the airlock some extra height above the lid, which keeps it clear when the lid sits down into the tank. Made for the 500 and 600 litre sizes. If your tank is a different capacity, tell us what you have and we will check whether these will work on it.

A 770 mm diameter lid in 304 stainless for the oil tank system, suiting 400 litre, 500 litre and 600 litre tanks. Those three sizes and no others, so check your tank capacity before ordering. Olive oil tanks tend to live a long time and the lid is often the part that gives up first. Send us your tank capacity and a diameter measurement and we will confirm the lid fits.

An extra tank setup for the automatic CO2 gassing system. This is the add on that extends an existing system to cover another tank, rather than a complete system in its own right, and it is worth being clear on that before ordering. Tell us how many tanks you already have on the system and what fittings are in place, and we will confirm exactly what you need for the extra one.

A food grade EPDM rubber seal to suit the rectangular Algor tank door at 42 x 53 cm. Door seals harden and take a set over the years, and a tired one usually shows up first as a weep at the bottom corner. This seal is cut for the 42 x 53 cm Algor door. Measure your door opening, or send us the tank details, and we will confirm the size before it ships.

The Olimpia tank pump gauge from Algor, with 0.6 bar the recommended working figure. The listing notes it may suit most hand pumps, which is a maybe rather than a guarantee, so treat it as one. Gauges are the part people ignore right up until a lid seal lets go. Send us the make of your pump and a photo of the fitting and we will confirm before you order.

The Equip-Pro CO2 pressure loss detector, an inline regulator for gassing one or more tanks. It sits in the gas line and flags a pressure loss, which is how you find out about a leaking seal before you find out about oxidised wine. Set up for single or multiple tank use. A stainless steel pump trolley from LIV measuring 30 cm x 55 cm, on pneumatic rubber wheels. Pneumatic wheels make a real difference across rough shed floors and gravel compared with hard castors. Stainless, so it can get wet and be washed down along with everything else. If you need the deck size checked against your pump before ordering, send us the pump make and model and we will measure it up.

A stainless steel foot strainer filter for a brass non return valve with a 19 mm BSP inlet, also known as a tap screen. It keeps skins, pips and the odd bit of stalk out of your pump while you are transferring. Cheap, and far less annoying than pulling a blocked pump apart. A non return valve with 19 mm BSP in and out, for transferring wine with a pump. It keeps liquid moving one way so the line does not drain back on you between runs, which saves priming the pump over and over. Thread size is what you need to match. An 18cm diameter stainless steel funnel from Keg King. Solid, easy to clean and a lot less rattly than a plastic one when you are decanting into a carboy or drum. No strainer insert is listed with it. Measure the mouth of the vessel you are filling to be sure the 18cm diameter sits comfortably, and ask us if you need a hand.

A 13.7cm diameter strainer insert with nylon mesh from ICS Plastic, made to sit inside the ICS and Ferrari funnels in the 30cm to 35cm sizes. It catches skins, pips and stray leaf matter before they reach your vessel. Measure the seat in your funnel against the 13.7cm diameter first, and check with us if your funnel is a different brand.
