Making your own drinks comes down to the same handful of jobs every time. Ferment it cleanly, move it without picking up oxygen, then get it into a bottle that actually seals. This is where we keep the gear that crosses over between beer, wine, spirits and vinegar, so you are not hunting through four categories to find one fitting.
Start with the vessel. Our narrow neck and wide neck glass demijohns come from Italy with PVC baskets. Wide neck is far easier to clean and easier to load with fruit or must. Narrow neck suits a longer, quieter ferment and takes a demijohn cap or a bored silicone bung with an airlock. For bigger volumes, Algor inflatable seals cover variable capacity tanks. On the finishing end we stock 750ml claret flint bottles, 375ml BVS bottles, Diam corks, Novatwist screw caps for BVS necks, and Ferrari expansion stoppers for anything you want to shut again tomorrow.
One thing worth knowing. Oxy Clean sodium percarbonate will lift the ring inside a demijohn that no brush can reach, but it needs a good hot soak and a proper rinse. Citric acid afterwards neutralises what is left and keeps the glass clear. Most of the off flavours people blame on their yeast started life as a lazy clean.

The BrewZilla Gen 4 is designed to be a compact single vessel all grain home brewing system that can be run off a single 220-240v socket. A complete turnkey system with a delay timing feature and step mash functionality.
Built to make batches up to 30L, it is the ideal solution for those who want to take the first step in all-grain brewing while also wanting full control of their batch from start to finish.
The Google Play Android App can be downloaded via the link below.
https://play.google.com/store/
"This app is a web mobile wrapper that allows you to browse the RAPT portal/website so that the website renders into a mobile device screen increasing usability on your device. It also gives you the added functionality of push notifications to your mobile device."
Wifi / RAPT Integration
The BrewZilla brewery type has been used across the world and won homebrew competitions in every country the brewery has been sold. It's the most sold single vessel brewery worldwide and can be used for Home Brewing, Distillation, Preserve Canning, Sous Vide Cooking or just as a boiler. Our larger versions can also be used as a portable hot tub!
Complete Concave Draining Base
The new base design completely drains out meaning you capture every single bit of wort. No longer do you need to tilt the brewery to extract every last bit of wort. This also makes it suitable for CIP cleaning using our new Low Volume CIP Spray Rotor.
PPSU Graduated Sight Glass (Stock standard in 4.1)
With the added sight glass you'll be able to sparge with confidence knowing the level of your BrewZilla without having to peer down the side/lift out the malt pipe.
Adjustable Lid Clamps (Stock standard in 4.1)
Now you can adjust the tension as required for whatever accessory you're adding to the top of your BrewZilla. Whether it be a lob-sided distillation apparatus or simply a tighter hold on Extension Sleeves.
WARNING: Do not use the clamps or adjustable clamps with a glass lid, the clamps are only designed for metal steam condenser, distillation lids or extensions.
False Bottom Pump Protection Screen
One of the key features of all the BrewZilla single vessel units is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool and it filters wort and prevents more than 95% of hops and hot break getting sucked into the pump and thus greatly reduces the blocked pump issues that are often an issue with other brewery designs.
Ultra Low Watt Density
The BrewZilla has signficantly lower watt density than other breweries. The main benefit of lower watt densities are that it enables you to produce lighter colours of beers that would otherwise get some caramelisation. The ultra low watt density also means you have less chance of boil overs, you get less crud sticking to the element making cleaning easier and ultimately reduces wear and tear on the element meaning even with significant abuse your elements will last way longer.
RAPT/Wifi Connected
The new Gen 4 model is the first BrewZilla that connects to the RAPT Portal (https://app.rapt.io/). This portal allows you to track, record and monitor your brews online. This greatly reduces the need for handwritten records of your brew day as it's all done automatically.
The RAPT portal also allows you to see every brew you have done in the past and control the brewery remotely so you can start pre-heating water remotely or simply keep an eye on the brewing process while you do something else.
Get push notifications to your mobile phone of when to add hops or start the boil.
Along with this ease of access and control. The RAPT BrewZilla will also allow you to fully customise your brewday with profiles specifically tuned to your style of brewing or your recipe.
For example you could set up your profile to receive certain alarms or messages when you are required to do something. E.g. Adding grain when the strike temperature is reached. Mash-Out Alarm when you're ready to sparge, Salt / Hop additions when you've reached the boil.
As well as hop stand additions or chilling instructions. All of this at the touch of a button that is preprogrammed to what you want to do. No more egg timers, no more phone timers. Everything controlled by the one area.
Bluetooth Gateway Device
KegLand is currently developing various bluetooth devices such as RAPT Bluetooth Thermometer (low energy BLE) other sensors which will be compatible with this brewery. This brewery is able to receive the BLE beacons and relay this information onto the RAPT portal.
Also by receiving multiple BLE thermometer sensors the Brewery is able to make smater and more automated decisions on how to control the brewing or distillilation process. For example a BLE thermometer can be placed into your coolant water so you get an alarm if the temperature is too high, a BLE thermometer can be put into the middle of the malt pipe so you can more accurately control elements switching on/off to achieve a core malt pipe temperature etc.
Improved Base Design with Easy Access Pump
The new base design means we have sealed all the electronics on the underside of the brewery into a separate junction box. This has allowed us to omit the bottom cover. This significant design change means that the pump can be accessed much more easily.
It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance you can re-arrange the plumping to the pump to pump into the tap outlet or change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump. These changes make it more flexible but also much easier to take apart the pump for cleaning and maintenance if required.
RAPT Controller with Full Colour Screen
The new RAPT controller has an easy to read full colour screen. The controller can also be disconnected easily making wash down easier. The controller is mounted in a higher position with a tilting frame so you can angle the screen toward you depending on how tall you are.
The new controller module is packed with features and KegLand is consistently updating firmware to include more features. Firmware updates are quick and painless and with a single click you can upgrade all Gen 4 units to the latest firmware to take advantage of new features and accessories. Forget getting on your knees mid-brew, do it all while standing or sitting next to your BrewZilla.
The controller can also activate the pump. Meaning there are no toggle switches anywhere on the BrewZilla Gen 4.
IEC Cable for Easy Storage
The new design has a removable IEC cable so you can unplug the cable making it more neat for storage.
Improved Lid Handles
The new lid handles are better designed and made from stainless so they are more robust and more ergonomic to hold especially with wet hands.
Two Stage Oversized Malt Pipe
This new malt pipe design is 30% larger meaning you can mash more grains and either make more beer or make higher gravity beers. the new malt pipe also has a two stage height adjustment so you hand half lift the malt pipe and set on the supporting halo ring halfway up.
This makes it more ergonomical so you can lift the heavy malt pipe up in two stages but has the second advantage that it makes the brewery more suitable for smaller batches too where raising the malt pipe half way up is preferable.

Morgan's classic products are born from the traditional skills of the master maltster where careful roasting and kilning nurture the release of nature's full flavours and aromas. Morgan's brewing company uses only the highest quality two row barley and premium grade hops to produce this range of beer kits. Their unique kettling guarantees the superb final clarity of this truly superior brew.
How To Brew?
Suitable for one or two stage fermentation.
- Mixing: Pour 2 litres of hot water into sanitised fermenter, add contents of can and 1kg (2.25lbs) of another fermentable eg dextrose, malt or Morgan’s Master Blends. Stir contents to dissolve, add cold water to bring the total contents up to 23 litres. When temperature is between 22-30 degrees C (71-86 deg F) add yeast and stir actively for 30 seconds. Morgan’s kits need no boiling due to our unique kittling during manufacture.
- Fermenting: Seal fermenter with lid and air lock, allow to ferment at a constant temperature between 22 – 30 deg C until specific gravity reaches 1005 or below. Complete fermentation will take 5 days at 25 deg C (77 deg F) but will take longer in lower temperatures. Warning: Using a beer hydrometer, be sure fermentation is finished (SG 1005 or below) before bottling, adding only the correct amount of sugar to each bottle, otherwise overgassed bottles could explode.
- Bottling: Sterlize bottles, add 6g (0.212oz) of sugar to each 750 ml bottle, 3g (0.106oz) for every 375ml then fill with brew to the normal level and cap.
- Maturing: Allow bottles to stand at a temperature of 22-30 deg C for 5 days to allow beer to carbonate. Allow another 10 days at room temperature to fully mature. The finished beer will continue to improve with further ageing.

The cartridge eliminates the need to handle powdered or granulated carbon. The cartridge's porous design allows the spirit or water to pass through and the unwanted flavours or chemicals to be absorbed by the activated carbon. It is fast, clean and easy to use. Each cartridge is suitable for one batch of alcohol from a 25L still or 300L of water.

Turbo Carbon is designed to work with our range of Turbo Yeasts and is added to a wash straight after pitching yeast. It's internal pore structure removes impurities that are not removed by post-distillation filtration, aiding in producing a cleaner, smoother tasting neutral spirit.
Mixing Instructions:
1. Before opening, massage the sachet to ensure it is lump free.
2. Add immediately after adding your choice of Turbo Yeast.
3. Stir well to disperse.
IMPORTANT: Always use Turbo Clear after fermenting with Turbo Carbon to remove solids from the wash prior to distillation. If Turbo Clear is not used, impurities trapped by the carbon will be released during the boil.

Pure Turbo Yeast should be used when ultimate alcohol quality is critical. Only use where the air temperature can be kept cool (between 18°C and 24°C). This is a game-changing breakthrough in Turbo Yeast development, allowing you to make "triple-distilled" quality alcohol at home. It is critical to use Turbo Carbon in conjunction with Pure Turbo Yeast.
