An Italian stainless steel mincer plate from Salvinox, cut with square holes rather than the usual round. Supplied as the plate on its own. Plates are sized to the mincer, so both the number and the diameter have to match your machine. Bring the old plate into Laverton North or Epping and we will size it up against this one.
