A plastic tri clover adapter taking a 2 inch TC to a male PCO1881 PET screw cap thread, for filling and sealing PET bottles from your setup. It bridges your TC gear to standard soft drink bottles neatly. A clever little adapter for bottling soda, cider or sparkling brews.

Why do we use Double O-rings?
The secret to our superior sealing performance is not just the fact that we use high quality EPDM o-rings but also use two of them.  The double o-ring means we literally have twice the sealing surface surface when compared with other push in fittings.

This makes our fittings even more reliable and reduces the chance of a leak significantly.

The double o-ring system also means that we can bend the hose with much tighter radius without causing leaking issues.  This typically can be an issue with other fittings.

No clamps necessary! 
We do recommend cutting your hosing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line has a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed. These push in fittings are suitable to be used up to 100 psi.

This taller Zeus pedestal corker takes bottles up to about 75 cm, so even your magnums and show bottles are no trouble. The heavy frame keeps everything steady while the lever seats each cork cleanly and consistently. A proper workhorse for the serious home bottler.

A spare guide shaft spring assembly for the Super Automatic capper, supplied as four pieces with a magnet. It is the part that keeps the shaft returning cleanly and holds the crown seal in place as the head comes down.

Made your job easy with this great semi-automatic TSM-2005 mechanic capping machine. It is especially useful for small scale productions.

With descending capping 4 head rollers, but easy to use. The application of the cap on the container takes place by applying pressure on the two button switches situated at each side of the machine.  When the pressure is applied the lifting plate carrying the container rises up to the screw head where it starts the cycle of forming the thread and the tuck-under of the cap.

Originated as a bench or laboratory capping machine, thanks to one operator, TSM-2005 is able to produce up to approx. 500 b/h.

This machine also comes with a NO-CAP NO-ROLL device that blocks threading if there is no cap.

The replacement plastic arm for the Super Grifo bottle capper. The arm is what you pull to drive the bell down onto the cap, and it takes the full force of every bottle you do. Plastic arms crack eventually, usually mid session.

For the Super Grifo capper. Check the fitting on your capper before ordering, and we will confirm it for you if you ask.

A brass end block cap with a 32mm (1.25 inch) internal diameter, for blanking off a line you are not using. Brass takes the knocks better than plastic on a working bench. Fitting sizes on older kit can be deceptive, so measure your thread or spigot against the 32mm ID before ordering. Bring the fitting in and we will match it if you would rather be certain.

A solid stainless steel plug, 38mm, 1 1/2 inch, male BSP. It blanks off a female BSP port you are not using, and it is solid through, so nothing passes.

Sold individually. If you are blanking a port and are not certain of the thread, bring the fitting in to Laverton North or Epping and we will size it against the plug.

A cleaning brush for a 54 litre demijohn, 90 by 8cm with an expanding bristle head. The expanding head is what lets it get past the narrow neck and then open out against the shoulders of the vessel.

A special nylon cup, the part that positions the wire on a champagne cork. It holds the hood square while the wire is twisted down, which is what stops a crooked cage on the finished bottle.

This is a machine part rather than a consumable. Confirm your wiring machine takes this cup before ordering: quote us the model and we'll check it for you.

A concentric triclover reducer cone in 304 stainless, stepping 2.0 inch down to 1.0 inch. It lets you bring a 2 inch triclover line into a 1 inch fitting without stacking up adapters. Clamps and gaskets are separate items. Match both ends against the fittings you already run, and ask us if you need the clamps to suit.

Made for the big vessels, this 90 cm brush with an 8 cm expanding bristle head reaches the base of a 54 litre demijohn with ease. The long, flexible shaft follows the curve of the glass, so every corner comes up clean. A must have before you fill, and again once you have emptied.
