Description
Coopers brewery operations were located close to an area known as the Devil’s Half Acre in 1862. Menacing people frequented the neighbourhood and this led to such a sinister name for the area. As such, it had a reputation for being a place to steer clear of at night. This drink's nomenclature is inspired by its gorgeous hue.
This dark, devilish brew is inspired by the shady people who visited the Devil’s Half Acre. Bring out your dark side with this full bodied sinister Porter that has ruby hints, delicious chocolate toffee malt character, moderate bitterness with fruity hop notes and a rich creamy head.
Recommended to be brewed with (23 L):
- 1 kg Coopers Light Dry Malt
- Coopers Carbonation Drops
