Natural Ox / Beef Casing In Salt (Select Size & Qty)

This Fresh Ox Casing is a natural beef casing that has been cleaned and packed in a salt cake to keep is fresh and preserved for a number of months before use. These casings are top quality animal product, locally processed and have a mild fragrance that won’t smell up your fridge. These casings are ideal for medium to large sized sausages such as thick Italian sausages, kranskys or similar sized meat products.

Simply cut off the amount you require and clean thoroughly under cool constant running water. The rest of the casing can remain in the salty heap and be put back into the fridge or freezer until required again.

This casing requires thorough cleaning before use.

Pack sizes are available in 10m and 15m lengths.
